Driving overseas

The recent death of a 23 year old Queensland university student has highlighted the risk of driving overseas. Lara O’Connell was a passenger on a motorcycle driven by her boyfriend in Phuket. She was not wearing a helmet at the time of her accident. Unfortunately, 1.3 million people die each year on the world’s roads.
Almost a third of all these people are under 25 years of age.
