For anyone concerned about mercury in vaccines, if you look at the concentration of mercury, yes it does look high. If you calculate the amount of mercury in the volume you receive in one dose, it comes out to be less that the WHO and national health associations consider to be safe to consume EVERY DAY in your drinking water. So a once off vaccine is less risk that the water you drink every day (ie pretty much zero). Do the maths yourself if it makes you feel more relaxed.

I will be travelling to Bali on May 20th, I will go with my 18 month old daughter. Can you recommend which vaccines are necessary for her to go there?

THIS IS INCORRECT! One shot will not provide protectiong for 3 years, it does not work like that, no immunity is built up in the body until at least the second injection, the 3rd injection will generally provide good immunity, a great deal of people will however require a fourth to boost there levels.

I had Guillain Barre Syndrome 15 years ago (not after vaccination or any known cause though) and was looking at traveling to Bali this year. Is it safe to go without any vaccinations and/or can i safely have any of them? I have had no vaccinations since GBS and have fully recovered.
